learnt that our bodies would speak to us today in chinese lessons..like what it means when we have a cold out of a sudden. the psycholgy of it and all..thinking back, it seems rather true.true bout how our emotional state would be connected to our health..dont know lah..denyse just now messaged me out of the blue.. and it somehow really did lightened me up..dont know lah..
